Most houses start with what is there and stay with it. And when your house does something differently from the rest, we rebuild the module instead of explaining a workaround to you.
Set up the account, enter the rooms, go. Everything on the features page is in there. For most houses that is the whole answer, and it costs no day of preparation.
Different labels, one more field in the guest area, WhatsApp templates in your own tone, a module off, a field gone. We do that as we go, and the subscription covers it.
You schedule yoga classes, run a board workshop, need a link to your accounting? Then it becomes a project at a fixed price, and afterwards it runs like the rest of the app.
One conversation, usually half an hour. We are after the routine in the house, not a list of wishes.
You see the change in your own account, with your own data, before it counts for everyone. If it does not fit, we change it again.
Every change ships with tests behind it, and you read under What's new in the app what has changed.
Disini sells Surf & Stay: seven nights, five coaching sessions. The guest tab showed one line for that, 5× coaching, and it could not be spread across five days and two coaches. Today a package booking creates five separate appointments, numbered, and the planner pins them to a day. From the question to going live it was one day.
Off-the-shelf software pushes a house into a routine somebody else invented. You see it in the places where the team keeps paper notes although there is a program for it.
We believe good tools are cut to fit: close to what a house actually does, not to the average of two thousand houses. That is not a line for the front page, it is the reason tendto grew out of one single house instead of a requirements list.
We will say plainly whether tendto fits as it is, whether it is a small adjustment or a project. Including when the answer is that we are not the right ones.
We'll set up your access and get back to you within one business day.
